"On 30.07.2019 none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Yet again on 14.11.2019 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today also no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. However, keeping in view the fact that the matter has been taken up for the first time after 2019 due to the intervening circumstances created because of Covid-19 Pandemic, one last opportunity is granted to argue the matter failing which the present revision petition shall be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. List on 07.11.2022.

CR-7690-2018 (O&M) -2Learned counsel for the petitioner was duly informed of the date fixed by the Registry. Thereafter, i.e. on 07.11.2022, the case was adjourned as the lawyers were abstaining from work in view of the resolution passed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association. Today again no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition.

Accordingly, the present revision petition is dismissed for want non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
