**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 15.01.2019 (P-4) and pass appropriate orders for extending the age limit of retirement raising from 58 years to 60 years. It has remained undisputed that the relief sought by the petitioner in the above writ petition had already been sought by another applicants/petitioners before this Court in CWP No. 27120 of 2017 titled as Sirsa Central Co-op Bank Employees (Class III) Assocn., Co-op Bank Sirsa v. State of Haryana and others and connected matters , decided on 21.01.2019. The aforesaid petitions were dismissed by interpreting Rules and Regulations giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Government for amendment of Rules.

The writ petitions were dismissed as State has already taken a decision vide letter dated 29.05.2018 declining the enhancement of retirement age of employees from 58 to 60 because the retirement age of employees of HARCO Bank remaining 18 DCCBs and Urban Cooperative Bank is 58 years, as per their service rules and keeping in view instructions dated 26.11.2014 Therefore, for the parity of reasoning, this petition is dismissed in terms of the judgment dated 21.01.2019 rendered in CWP No. 27120 of 2017.
