The present revision petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 18.07.2018 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Loharu whereby defence of defendant No.3petitioner herein was struck off. 2.

As per the E-Courts website, District Courts Bhiwani, during the interregnum, the main civil suit i.e. CS-267-2017 stands dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 21.09.2023 before the Pre Lok Adalat, Loharu and hence, the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous. 3.
