RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.144, dated 03.11.2021, under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Women Bahadurgarh. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternative remedy. Allowed as prayed for.
