       This petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by the petitioner for appointment of sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the claims arising out of the disputes between the parties in terms of clause 25(A) contained in the agreement dated 28.08.2014 (Annexure P;2) entered into between the parties. This Court after hearing parties has ordered for appointment of an Arbitrator on 27.05.2022. Vide order dated 27.05..2022 passed by this Court, a declaration as required under section 12 of the Act was sought from Justice Kuldeep Singh, a former Judge of this Court.

Now Justice Kuldeep Singh has furnished his declaration. In view of the conjoint prayers made by learned counsel for the parties, Justice Kuldeep Singh, a former Judge of this Court, is appointed as an Arbitrator in the matter to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties. Application stands disposed of.
