This appeal has been filed by appellant- Zile Singh, against the judgment dated 10.12.2003, whereby all the respondents/accused were acquittal by the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rewari, passed in Criminal Complaint No. 25, date of institution 14.06.2001, under Sections 323, 324, 325, 34 IPC and under Section 7 of the Civil Rights Protection Act.

In compliance of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed by this Court, learned State counsel submits that all the respondents have died and in this regard, he has filed the death certificates of all the respondents i.e. (i) Harpal son of Sh. Chiman Lal ii) Bhikhu Ram son of Mohar Singh, iii) Tej Singh Yadav son of Sultan Singh and iv) Ajit Singh son of Tej Singh. 3.

Details of said death certificates in tabulated form are reproduced here below:

Said photocopies of death certificates of all the respondents are taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 5.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that present appeal may be disposed of as having been infructuous, as all the respondents have expired during the pendency of the appeal.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the appellant and also the fact that all the respondents have died during the pendency of the appeal, present appeal stands disposed of being rendered infructuous. 7.
