HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Having preferred CWP No.16373 of 2020, the petitioner prayed for release of his pending service dues qua senior/section grade alongwith further consequential benefits/arrears and interest. Vide order dated 07.10.2020, this Court disposed of the writ petition, directing the respondents to decide the representation/legal notice as expeditiously as, preferably within two months of the reciept of certified copy of the order.

Alleging non-compliance of the order, present petition has been filed.

Upon notice, a short reply by way of affidavit dated 18.11.2021 of Sh. Paramjit Singh, Director Public Instructions (Colleges), Punjab has been filed, stating that a speaking order dated 15.03.2021 (R.2) has been passed by respondent No.2 vide which benefits of petitioner's continuous ad-hoc service w.e.f 02.11.1981 instead of 01.04.1982 have been found to MANOJ KUMAR 2021.12.02 09:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP No.301 of 2021 #2# be maintainable with her pay being re-fixed vide order dated 02.02.2021, after counting her service w.e.f 02.11.1981.

In view thereof, no further cause of action survives in this petition and the same is disposed of as such. However, the respondents may release the benefits accruing to the petitioner(s), in the light of speaking order, expeditiously.
