**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Challenge in this petition is to order dated 26.05.2015 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Patti, vide which, the evidence of the petitioner has been closed by observing that the petitioner had availed several opportunities and considerable time.

A perusal of the zimini orders shows that the petitioner had examined three witnesses on 15.09.2014 and the matter was being adjourned time and again as the respondents kept assuring the plaintiff that the matter will be compromised and that matter was also referred to Lok Adalat. The order dated 14.09.2015 is also there showing possibility of compromise between the parties. Order dated 26.05.2015 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Patti is hereby set aside and the instant revision petition is allowed and the trial Court is directed to give one effective opportunity to the petitioner to conclude his evidence by examining two witnesses of the plaintiff, subject to deposit of Rs.3000/- as costs to be deposited before the District State Legal Services Authority, Patti.
