The petition is brought by the defendant on plea that the Court had allowed for additional documents to be brought on record which ought not to have to have been permitted. It is a matter of discretion of the trial Court to examine the relevance and the admissibility of documents and if the Court has exercised the discretion, the matter must rest there. The defendant will carry out the crossexamination in relation to the documents if he has any objection as regards admissibility or relevant.

There is no intervention necessary in the revision petition. The revision petition is dismissed.
