This order shall dispose of the above mentioned two petitions filed on behalf of petitioners Satnam Singh @ Sattu and Simranjit Kaur seeking grant of ancitipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.101 dated PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.09.07 17:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
( 2 ) CRM-M-4597-2020 (O&M) & CRM-M-467-2020 (O&M) 17.12.2019 at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur under Sections 306 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
The allegations, in nutshell, are that the petitioners had abetted the commission of suicide by Vikram Singh.

Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Surender Kumar, has informed that the suicide note was sent for comparison of handwriting and wherein it has been reported that the same was not written by the deceased and that, as such, the police has filed a cancellation report. 4.
In view of the aforestated position, both the petitions merit acceptance and are hereby accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide orders dated 3.2.2020 and 9.1.2020 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 5.
