**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for directing respondents No.1-4 to conduct fair investigation upon the allegations levelled against respondents No.5 and 6 who have been allegedly preparing forged and fabricated Aadhaar Cards for being used as surety in the bail matters at District Courts, Gurugram. Learned State counsel submits that a thorough investigation shall be conducted in pursuance to representation dated 21.11.2022 and in case, anything incriminating against respondent Nos.5 and 6 is found, action in accordance with law shall be taken within a period of four months.

It is however, made clear that the aforesaid direction shall not be used to harass or humiliate respondents No.5 and 6 in any manner and would not be treated as expression of opinion on merits of the case. Disposed of accordingly.
