Pursuant to directions issued by this Court on 25.1.2024, report of Warrant Officer has been received wherein it has been reported that the alleged detenue was found at the residence of respondents No.4 and 5 and who expressed that she wants to join the company of her husband i.e. the petitioner and that as such, she was handed over to the petitioner.

The aforestated position is not disputed by the petitioner. 3.

In view of the fact that the alleged detenue has already been released, no further action is required at this stage. The petition, as such is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. MOHAN SINGH 2024.01.29 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
