     JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedies available to her under the law, including the filing of an appropriate petition under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890.

Ordered accordingly.

In case the petition is filed within the next four weeks, the concerned Court shall adjudicate it within a further period of one week and when an application for interim relief is moved, the same shall be considered by the said Court as expeditiously as possible.
