(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant revision-petition, while submitting that the petitioner-plaintiff would raise all the objections as well as the pleas, qua the existence and genuineness of the Compromise-Deeds in question, as may be permissible to him under law, before the trial Court. Resultantly, the revision-petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
