(ORAL) The Petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-authority to approve regular joint time table on the route Ludhiana to Sri Muktsar Sahib via Mulanpur, Jagraon, Moga, Baghapurana, Kotkapura.

Precisely for the grievance in question, the petitioner has already served a legal notice dated 20.12.2022 upon the respondent and the same has not been considered so far. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case her pending legal notice is directed to be decided by the Competent Authority within a specified period.
