**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Challenge in this petition is to order dated 09.09.2015 passed by learned Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Kaithal, vide which, the evidence of the petitioner has been closed by observing that the petitioner had availed several opportunities and considerable time.

A perusal of the zimini orders shows that it was learned counsel for the plaintiff who was taking adjournments and only on 09.09.2015, learned counsel for the defendant/petitioner has sought date as he was not well.

In view of the above, dated 09.09.2015 passed by learned Addl.
