-3 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the official respondents to take appropriate action against the Sarpanch for embezzling the fund of the Gram Panchayat and also to recover the amount from the Sarpanch by taking legal action under Haryana Panchayati Raj Act.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedies, in accordance with law. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

All the pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed.
