This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19. Limited prayer in this revision petition is for a direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of Civil Suit No.5265/2018, titled as "Bimlesh Kumar Vs. Amarjit Kaur" in a time bound manner, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged 72 years. Petitioner has been arrayed as a respondent in the suit for specific performance of the agreement to sell dated 01.03.2018, filed by the respondent-plaintiff, in respect to a house measuring 300 square yards as described in the plaint. It is submitted that as many as 18 opportunities have been availed by the respondentplaintiff to lead his evidence but the same is not being concluded by him in an unjustified manner and he is taking undue benefit of the interim order passed in his favour by the learned trial Court. CR-206-2021 I do not find any ground to issue any specific direction to the learned trial Court at this stage. In case, a similar request is made before the learned trial Court, keeping in view that the petitioner is a senior citizen, needless to say, the same shall be considered and matter dealt with appropriately by the learned trial Court, in accordance with law. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
