       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.319 dated 05.12.2019, registered at Police Station Pinangwan, under Sections 148, 149 and 302 IPC (Sections 147, 202 and 212 IPC added later on) and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. Vide order dated 25.02.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Omvir, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of AMAN JAIN 2022.05.19 18:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
