2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

The revision petition is against the order rejecting an application for filing additional evidence. I set aside the order and direct the document to be received subject to proof and relevancy. For the sheer indiscretion in not filing the document along with written statement at the earliest opportunity when the case was posted for the same, I impose costs of `10,000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the respondent. I dispense with notice to the respondent having regard to the nature of order that I have passed without going into the merits of the case.

2.

The revision petition is allowed at the stage of admission on the above terms.
