(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of notice dated 18.07.2023 (Annexure P-6) issued by the passport authority and Look Out Circulars (LOCs) proceedings vide letter dated 02.02.2023 (Annexure P-5) issued by the SSP, Hoshiarpur against the petitioner in reference to FIR No.295 dated 16.11.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 120-B IPC, Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the case FIR No.295 dated 16.11.2022(Annexure P-1) under Sections 498-A, 406, 120-B IPC, Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur, regarding which the Look Out Circulars (LOCs) have been issued against the petitioner stands quashed by this Court vide judgment dated 20.01.2026 passed in CRM-M-69322-2025, ANJAL GUPTA 2026.04.18 10:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-2273-2025 [2] titled as "Kuldeep Singh and Others Vs. State of Punjab and Others"; accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to move a necessary application before the concerned authority for withdrawal of the Look Out Circulars (LOCs) in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in Kuldeep Singh's case (supra). 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
