Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.126, dated 16.11.2024, under Sections 109, 118(1), 126(2), 351(3), 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Badali Ala Singh, District Fatehgarh Sahib. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and file an appropriate application for bail before the trial Court. He further prays that direction be issued to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders and applies for regular bail before the concerned Court within seven days from today, then the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously preferably within one week from the date of its filing, in accordance with law.
