(ORAL) Challenge in the present application is to the order dated 22.11.2019 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nihal Singh Wala in Complaint No. 30/2014 dated 22.11.2019 under Section 498-A, 406, 307, 34 of IPC and under Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of Arms Act, at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, whereby only one accused, namely, Jagjit Singh has been convicted under Section 498-A IPC; whereas remaining accused, namely, Gurjit Singh @ Gura and Balvir Singh have been acquitted from the charges framed against them. The present application pertains to the year 2020. Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice has not yet been issued in the present matter; and the matter was adjourned at request of learned proxy counsel for the applicant on 21.04.2022.
