Since the judgment of this Court dated 15.11.2017 in RFA No.4236 of 2016 - Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation (now Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited) vs. Ram Kanwar (deceased) through LRs and others, which forms the sole basis for filing the present petition before this Court, was not cited before the Additional District Judge, Rewari (for short - the Executing Court) at the time when the impugned order was passed, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to move the Executing Court seeking review of the impugned order after citing before it the aforesaid judgment of this Court in Ram Kanwar's case (supra).
