Petitioner (Aarti) has filed the instant transfer application seeking transfer of case DMC (Divorce and Matrimonial Cases) No.855 of 2023 titled as "Aarti Vs. Bobby Kumar" (Annexure P-1) filed under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bathinda to Court of competent jurisdiction in District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant transfer application. 3.

In view of the above, the instant transfer application is dismissed as withdrawn.
