The plaintiff who lost possession of the property to the landlord has filed suit for restoration of his possession. Pending suit, it appears that he has asked for status quo of restoration of possession which the trial Court had granted. The Appellate Court has modified the same.

I do not find that there can be an interim restoration of possession when the defendant-landlord has taken possession of the property. The plaintiff will have his right determined at the conclusion of the trial and there can be no interim order therefor. There is no cause for interference. The revision petition is dismissed. (K.
