[1] The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

[2] This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.497, dated 20th June, 2017, under Section 379-A IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 10, Gurugram and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 28th November, 2019.

[3] Learned State counsel submits that the petition was filed during the pendency of trial, now the same has been concluded and petitioners have been convicted.
