******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from Mr. Vinod Jain, Director of petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with prayer that petitioner be allowed reasonable time for vacating and handing over the possession of the demised premises to the respondents-landlord. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. To facilitate the revision petitioner to find alternate accommodation, it is allowed period of nine months to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent-landlord, subject to the following terms:- (i) The petitioner-tenant will pay/deposit the entire due rent and mesne profits @ `3,500/- per month from the date of filing of this petition upto 30th November 2018 within four weeks. CR-7836-2018 -2- (ii) It will keep on paying the advance rent/mesne profits of subsequent months upto 31.08.2019 on or before 10th day of each month. (iii) It will file affidavit before the Executing Court within six weeks giving details of entire payment of rent/mesne profits and undertaking to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondents on or before 31.08.2019. In case of default in compliance of any of the above terms, the respondents-landlord will be entitled to execute the order of ejectment forthwith.

The order has been passed in the absence of respondents to avoid unnecessary delay and expenses. A copy of this order be conveyed to the respondents. In the event of respondents having any objection, they may file application to that effect. On receipt of the application, the same be listed for hearing.
