(Oral) The instant revision petition has been filed for setting-aside the judgment dated 29.05.2014, vide which the eviction petition filed by respondents No.1 to 4, before the learned Rent Controller, Hisar has been allowed and the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the said judgment has been dismissed by the learned Appellate Authority, Hisar vide judgment dated 01.09.2017.

Counsel appearing for the petitioner, at the very outset, wishes to withdraw the present petition in view of the memorandum of settlement dated 21.08.2023, which has taken place between the parties before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre, Hisar. Dismissed as withdrawn.
