RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.6-Municipal Council Jaito to deliver possession of plot No.1, measuring 13' x 16' situated near Gurudwara Bhai Jagta Ji, Jaito, allotted to the petitioner in an open auction dated 11.06.2013 or to allot and deliver possession of any other alternative commercial site/plot of similar size. It is also prayed to issue direction to respondents No.1 to 6 to expeditiously consider and decide the representation, dated 08.11.2023, Annexure P-9.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 08.11.2023, Annexure P-9, is decided in a time-bound manner.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.6, i.e. Executive Officer, Municipal Council Jaito, District Faridkot, to look into the representation, dated 08.11.2023, Annexure P-9, and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within four weeks from today.
