(Oral) The present revision petition is directed against the impugned order dated 06.10.2015 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sohna, vide which the petitioner was directed to pay the court fee on the market value of the suit property. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in lieu of the compromise, certain contingencies have already been completed and others are yet to be done.

In view of the aforementioned statement, the present revision petition is rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such with liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition in case compromise fails.
