***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that at this stage, the impugned order has become infructuous, as the children of the parties to the lis have since attained majority.

In view of the submission, so made by learned counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner has given a statement that since the petitioner has attained majority, at this stage, she does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

In the light of the same, the instant revision petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
