NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition is filed against the order dated 12.10.2018 vide which the application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the respondent, at the outset, submitted that they have no objection if the said application is allowed. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, the revision petition is allowed and legal heirs of Ramesh Kumar are ordered to be impleaded as party, as mentioned in the said application, as his legal heirs, subject to all just exceptions.
