The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for the issuance of appropriate direction to the official respondents to reinvestigate the matter in case complaint dated 02.08.2023 (Annexure P-1) given by the petitioner and to take appropriate legal action against the private respondents.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case and finding that the matter is entirely civil in nature, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.
