(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that since the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned trial Court, therefore the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.166 dated 21.10.2020, registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B of IPC (Sections 376, 354-D, 342, 323 of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act added lateron), at Police Station Sadar Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur has become infructuous and withdraws the same.

In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
