(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties submit that a compromise was effected between the parties with certain terms and conditions and the same have been mentioned in the order passed by Hon'ble the Apex Court, as such, nothing survives in the present revision petition and the same may be dismissed as having become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous in view of compromise arrived at between the parties in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.35959 of 2016.
