Mr. Minkal Thatai, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Saurabh Girdhar, AAG, Haryana.

HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioner, who is a married woman and a house maker, has preferred this petition seeking directions to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation and register an FIR against respondent No.4 so as to protect her life and liberty and her family members. It is stated that on 07.10.2020 at about 3.00 p.m, she was present at her home apart from other family members of the household. Gate of the house was closed. Respondent No.4 forcibly entered the house by opening the gate and hurled abuses at the petitioner and other women folk. It is stated that respondent No.4, who was in police uniform threatened the petitioner to falsely implicate her in criminal case and proclaimed that no action could be taken against him. The petitioner submitted a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Ambala for taking action against respondent No.4, however, no action has been taken so far.

CRM-M-5091 of 2022 #2# wherein it is stated that on receipt of representation from the petitioner, the matter was inquired into. Despite notice, the complainant did not join in the inquiry. Even otherwise, all the allegations of the petitioner were found to be false.

In view thereof, no further action is required to be taken in the case in hand.
