-.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) After arguing at some length and realizing that this Court is not going to interfere, particularly to the query raised whether any effort has been made to summon the witness from the revenue department with whom the alleged registered Will is stated to be in possession, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said exercise had not been done and prayed for withdrawal of the revision petition to take the necessary steps for the purpose of proving the Will.

Ordered accordingly. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
