Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to consider the date of appointment of the petitioner to be the date when other candidates, who faced the same selection process as that of her, were appointed and to release all the benefits. 2.
Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a representation dated 09.08.2024, Annexure P-17 and a legal notice dated 13.11.2024, Annexure P-20, have been submitted, which have yet not evoked any response. He, on instructions, prays that a direction be given to respondent No.2 to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 3.
In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 09.08.2024, Annexure P-17 and legal notice dated 13.11.2024, Annexure P-20, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
