**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 03 dated 10.1.2020, registered under Sections 22 and 29 (added later on) of NDPS Act, 1985, Police Station Maur, District Bathinda.
Vide order dated 31.1.2020, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the said order dated 31.1.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sadhu Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for any further investigation.
