Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the President of the petitioner-society i.e. Shri Varinder Kumar Khanna or its Joint Secretary i.e. Shri Varun Goel or any other member of the Executive Committee apprehends any kind of threat to his life and liberty and moves an appropriate application to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, District Patiala, the same shall be got examined in accordance with law. In case it is found that there is any genuine threat to life and liberty of such persons, then it be ensured that no harm is caused to such persons.

As regards the second prayer of the petitioner for taking action against respondents No.4 to 7 is concerned, the petitioner would be at liberty to have PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.02.09 17:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
