Admittedly, the first appeal filed against the judgment and decree is pending for 22.12.2021. This revision petition has been filed by the judgment debtor assailing the correctness of the order passed by the Executing Court in an execution petition filed to execute the judgment and decree passed by the trial Court.

After having addressed the arguments at some length, the learned counsel representing the parties have arrived at a consensus. They undertake to address their final arguments in the pending appeal on 22.12.2021 or within one week, thereafter. Till then the parties undertake to maintain status quo.

In view of the abovestated facts, the present revision petition is disposed of.
