***** AMAN CHAUDHARY, J. (Oral) 1.
Prayer made in the present petition is for correction of option/ answer in question No.07, 66, 86 and 112 of Set-A. 2.
Learned counsel submits that previously the petitioner had objected to 8 questions including ones involved in the present petition, however 4 were corrected vide revised answer key dated 29.08.2024, Annexure P-3 and with regard to remaining 4, nothing has been done. In this regard, a representation dated 12.12.2024, Annexure P-4 has been submitted, which has yet not evoked any response. He, on instructions, prays that a direction be given to respondent No.3 to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 3.
In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representation dated 12.12.2024, Annexure P-4, within a period of 4 weeks, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to her and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to her interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
