As per the case of the prosecution, two persons, namely, Vikramjit Singh @ Bika and Satbir Singh (petitioner herein), were riding a Bullet motorcycle bearing registration No. PB02-EG-9642 when they were intercepted. Upon checking, a white-coloured polythene bag in the possession of Vikramjit Singh @ Bika was recovered, containing 912 grams of heroin. The petitioner was accompanying him on the said motorcycle at the relevant time on 11.06.2025.
