**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Seeking bail, petitioner who is the wife of the deceased has come up before this Court.

Learned State counsel has opposed the bail on the ground that out of 10 witnesses, 09 have already been examined and the trial is at fag end and the observations by this Court whether in favour of the petitioner or the State are likely to prejudice outcome of the matter.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they would be contended and satisfied if the trial be expedited. Given in the entirety of the background, the prayer being innocuous, the same is allowed.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of and this Court requests the trial Court to complete the trial positively on or before 30.11.2022. Petitioner is directed not to seek any adjournment.
