The present revision petition is directed against the impugned order dated 25.05.2015, whereby the suit has been dismissed on account of non-payment of court fees.

Rejection of the plaint under the provisions of Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure has the trapping of the decree as per Section 2(2) of CPC. The aforementioned order, thus, is appealable. Faced with the aforementioned situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition to file the appeal by seeking condonation of delay.
