       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.878 dated 31.10.2021, registered under Sections 3(a), 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, at Police Station Barwala, District Hisar.

Vide order dated 08.02.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from DSP Ashok Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
