Seeking quashing of order dated 27.01.2021 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kurukshetra whereby application moved by petitioner for release of tractor trolly bearing registration No.HR-71-H-3574 was dismissed, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

State counsel submits that after filing of the present petition, vide order dated 01.07.2022 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kurukshetra, the vehicle in question has been released on superdari which has rendered the present petition infructuous.
