The petitioner's complaint is that the petitioner's reliance on some revenue entries was not allowed to be exhibited. I set aside the order and direct the documents to be received and it will be open to the respondent to cross-examine and elicit about whatever objection that the other opposite party has. The Court will decide on the admissibility of the document and the extent of relevance at the time of rendering the judgment.
