Learned counsel for the respondents No. 1 to 6 has pointed out that all the persons who have not been served are actually co-tenants with the petitioner and this is just a further device to delay the eviction petition.
Counsel for the petitioner and counsel for respondents No. 7 and 8 state that there is no such intention and that on the next date all the co-tenants of the petitioner would be represented by Mr. Divanshu Jain, Advocate. Adjourned to 15.3.2018.

It has been agreed that all the persons who were proceeded ex parte before the Courts below would be permitted to join the trial but would not be entitled to re-open the things which have already happened. It has been further agreed that one effective opportunity would be granted to the petitioner to cross examine PW-1. The revision stands disposed of in the above terms. Since the main case has been decided, the pending C.M, if any, also stand disposed of.
